Browsing Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some information whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses, URI/URL addresses, time of the request, parameters related to the operating system and the user's IT environment, etc.).

These data are necessary for the use of this website as well as for obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to check the correct functioning of the services offered.

Browsing data do not persist for more than 2 months (unless required for crime investigation by the judicial authorities).

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message and data related to consent to processing. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The processing is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the contract between the parties or pre-contractual measures at the request of the customer/supplier. The basis for processing is (i) the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same, (ii) the fulfillment of legal obligations to which the controller is subject, (iii) the legitimate interest of the controller concerning the sending of informational and promotional communications related to the controller’s activities.

METHOD OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

The processing is carried out by the controller and/or by persons expressly authorized by the controller and/or by external data processors.

DATA RETENTION

Personal data, unless otherwise specified in the specific information related to the services on the site, are retained for a period not exceeding 24 months.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD AND PROFILING

Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union in the context of the controller’s collaboration with selected technological partners and/or within certification activities to which the controller is subject. Where data are transferred to countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) that have not been deemed adequate by the European Commission, the "transfer tools" referred to in Article 46 of the GDPR will be used, evaluating the provision of "supplementary measures" to ensure a level of protection substantially equivalent to that required by EU law.

Data are not subject to profiling.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT 

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy, or request their integration or updating, or rectification (EU Regulation 679/2016). Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
